Description
This 1977 Pearson 10 Meter is a swift, capable cruiser in good condition, for sale in Kemah, Texas. A capable racer, cruiser, or bluewater boat, this Pearson 10 Meter moves easily in light air and gives wonderful feedback through her tiller, while staying faithfully upright in rough seas. Hull #103 is an important one: among the first 10 Meters built with fully integrated, upgraded chainplates, and her mast has been reseated and raised out of the bilge waterline. She comes with both an electric autopilot and a windvane self-steering unit (neither currently installed). The largely original interior is clean and ready to use, with marine heat and A/C for comfort in all conditions. Tankage is 40 gallons of fresh water in two tanks beneath the settees; the holding tank has been removed for extra stowage, with a composting head in its place. Currently in a prime slip in a gated Clear Lake marina that welcomes liveaboards, and the slip can convey with the boat. She measures 33' LOA, 11' beam and 5.9' draft, with one cabin, a fiberglass hull and masthead sloop rig. Asking $15,500. Contact the seller for full details or to arrange a viewing.
